Every host uploads a government ID and lease. Our team reviews and verifies them by hand before a listing goes live. Not an automated check.
Landlord OK, disclosed
Each listing shows whether the host's landlord has confirmed the sublet, is still awaiting a response, or if it doesn't apply, so you always know upfront.
Message before you commit
Ask about the neighborhood, the roommate, the WiFi, anything, directly with the host before you decide anything.
