Find Your Ave
Our mission
We exist so that every NYC student and recent grad
can find their first place in the city without the
scams, the stress, or the what-ifs.
Because that's ours to handle, not yours.
Our promise
Verified people
Everyone on Find Your Ave
verifies their identity,
so you know there's a real
person on the other side.
Places we actually check
We review lease or occupancy
documentation to help confirm
that listings are connected
to the people posting them.
Private conversations
Message directly with the
person you're interested in.
Find Your Ave staff don't join
your chats to manage it.
